OES Shows Well at the Races

OES Scoreboards has continued to diversify its portfolio with the installation of a 10mm LED Display at the Clinton Raceway.

Opening day on May 22nd drew a large crowd at the Clinton Raceway. Everyone was excited not only to watch their favourite horses on the half-mile track but to watch the live-action and replays on the new 16.5 foot by 9.5-foot Full Colour LED Display. The 10mm pitch provides excellent viewing from any angle in the 1,500 seats and gives the Raceway a modern upgrade. “Clinton Raceway had tossed around the idea of a new tote board for a couple of years and finally decided to proceed after some serious issues with our 20+-year-old tote board after our live season in 2015. The board arrived and was installed in time for our opening day as promised. We received much positive feedback about the picture quality and how well people could see the races on the screen, which is impressive since we race from 1:30-4 pm which is in full sun-times!”, said Christi DeJong, of Clinton Raceway Inc. Located just north of London, in Huron County, the facilities are open 365 days a year.
